All the leaves are brown
And the sky is gray
I've been for a walk
On a winter's day

Pac, I don't know why you would be dreaming of California when you live in such a pretty place. But if you do move there, can I have some of your plants ?

Opened the door to my mailbox and caught this scene . The Yellowjacket won the battle .

 

Almost at the end of fall season. The last of the deciduous trees the weeping elm dwarf trees are fading to yellow fast and that’s all folks.

 

Cloudy and overcast today. Some colorful leaves left to shed. I’m relieved that the weeping cherry trees are finally done. Leaves anyone? To bad I can sell them, I’d be a bazillionare .



Colorful bright sunset last night. So striking. I can’t ever seem to really capture the mood and beauty as if really standing outside seeing the entire sky, it’s so magical.

Anniekay nature at her best. This time of year the PNW has the highest humidity at sunset. The light from the sun going down reflects of the rain drops above the clouds even though it’s not raining the water in the raindrops turn into a high humidity level under the clouds that reflect the colors in bright brilliant hues.
