Thanks @Logan and @Anniekay .All went well for hubs. Done and dusted now Did I read somewhere that you had another fall last week @Logan ? Hope the knee is healing well. Let's hope River soon calms a bit on walks .We have a particular dog that goes up our lane and s/he gets very excitable when seeing another dog.....gosh the noise they make!!!
Sunny intervals and a moderate breeze from the west temp 8c feels like 5c. @Oreti thanks for asking. Last Tuesday when i was walking River he saw another dog that he wanted to say hello to, but the dog wasn't very friendly. I had to let go for him to do so, then i got hold of his lead the owner walked away but River wasn't going to let him go, i should have let go of the lead again but the woman was in despair so River pulled me and i tripped on the kurb, bruised my right knee but slowly getting over it. It was the same one that i broke 8 years ago so i was worried but it's not broken. For the afternoon walks got the dog walker again. He's got this thing that when dogs and or people walk away he wants to go with them.
