Liquid Lava / Nuclear Magma / Streets Of Fire - New Chili Sauce Experiment!

OK, jokes aside, but something strange is happening now. As I increase the concentration of chilies, to the point where I can now taste - My hands however are on fire, literally!

So I'm now using these industrial gloves to protect my hands. Yes my taste buds have gotten use to chilies, which is why I can't taste the fire anymore. But my skin surprisingly hasn't.



So this is a very strange feeling. Because now I can visualize how strong my chili sauce probably is - Even though I can't taste much fire in it, I can feel the sensation on my skin.

Which actually doesn't make sense, because if my mouth and stomach has gotten use to chilies. Why hasn't the rest of my body???

Now someone else who used my car's door handle alao complained, that her hand too is now burning. Even though I was sure I had washed my hands completely.

When I said that I'm these days experimenting with creating my own chili sauce. She suggested it I name it Main Street On Fire! Which reminded me of the 80s movie Streets of Fire.

And now, foor zee faynol engredeeeyount, zee horseradish! Which will provide that kick of a mule right in the nose!

Still haven't decided on the name for this sauce. So far the suggestions are:

Liquid Lava.
Nuclear Magma.
Streets of Fire.
Dragon's Delight.
Silly Sauce.
Unforgivable Sin.
Welding Torch.
Hunter Killer.
Hell in a Bottle.
Taste of Hell.
Kick in the %#**$.

Feel free to make your own suggestions for the final name.





And if I still don't get much satisfaction from this, then there's now only one last ingredient to add - Hot English mustard.



First good measure the absolute last final addition could be some type a jalapeno sauce.

Maybe I'll use something like honey mustard type of a sauce as a binder for holding all my other ingredients together.

Someone else who I gave a sample of my sauce to try today told me that I should name it Baboon Butt, as it gave him the runs!
