There’s something special and a calm quieting effect about a snow covered landscape. Fresh snow-fall is beautiful. I’m just glad, “Knock on Wood”… it’s not snowing here yet. We usually get snow in February/March. All the ski parks in the mountains are open . Not skiing anytime soon let’s just admit at my age “I’m a Retired ski bunny.”

They say it only got down to 31°f and the high will be 49. They upgraded us by two degrees so no real threat to the garden but I'm leaving it covered because tonight will be just as cold then it will warm up.
