OOo-oo0 what a nice coloful sunset over water photo. The shadows and clouds are captivating. I feel as though I could walk right into that beach scene. Just gorgeous. Sunset over the waves. Slowly sinking into the horizon.
On the way home, just stopped by the side of the road to get a burger. So this is often my view on the way home, heading South to the beach - Unfortunately the sun had already set by this time.
Today sunset happened when I was crossing the overhead pedestrian bridge above a main street, (as my car was parked on the other side). These days we are getting orange sunsets. At the peak of winter when days were really short. Sunsets were more reddish, because of the sun's lower angle. Now as we move towards summer and as the sun's angle goes higher, our sunsets are eventually going to turn yellowish. However these days it's orange pinkish - Enjoy!
Love them all ......fabulous. We do get some great sunsets here but unfortunately I cannot get a pic to do them the justice they deserve for some reason.
Oreti if your using a iPhone camera it usually does all the things for you. Check your settings. I use live settings to get the bright color in sunsets. It just takes a bit of practice. Photography has been a hobby of mine for years way before the internet. So don’t be shy all sunsets are way more colorful in winter due to winter weather conditions.
I'm using an Android smartphone, and as everyone can see, my pictures too are fine. Smartphone technology has come a long way since a decade ago, when the phone camera was considered a joke by professionals. Today they are almost matching 90% of a real DSLR's capabilities. To the point that now print media too has no problem publishing photos taken from smartphones. Bulk of the 4K resolution videos uploaded on YouTube today are also shot by smartphones - Image stabilization technology too has improved so much that now it's getting more and more difficult to tell which picture taken or videos shot with a smartphone. And which was taken by really high end equipment. The gap is now really narrowing so much, that many professionals too (to save time and avoiding to carry extra weight), are now switching to using a smartphone.
