When we walked River at 5.15 am there wasn't any ice just a few wet paths and roads. At 7 am it was just starting to ice up. At the moment it's sunny with light winds from the north temp 2c feels like -1c.

It's been raining on and off all day, at 3pm it was very heavy rain with a moderate breeze from the west south west temp 8c feels like 6c. Now it's cleared with patchy cloud and sunny intervals.
Heavy showers throughout the afternoon having a bit of respite at the moment but some more is on it's way.
It started raining around noon and we're under a tornado watch. Around 1 pm there was a heck of a lightning strike very close to me because the whole house shook and the front rooms lit up blindingly bright for a moment. Probably hit the ground across the street at the Church like it did a few years ago.
