When they cut down trees in my town, a couple times I asked the guys if they could cut me a 4" slice and a piece of sturdy limb. I made a couple tables for outside. That fruit tree would make a beautiful table top. Send me a piece in the mail please:)

Thanks Logan. Usually torna"foes" don't hit this little city because we arr in a little dip in the terrain that sets the city a bit lower than the surrounding area. They usually go south or north of us, thank gawd !!

Raked up a load of acorns that had been disturb from under the east side boundary hedging. and then were distributed everywhere by the pigeons.:smt086

Took all the seed trays out to the greenhouse as it was warm enough today and they were able to get a good dose of natural bright daylight.✓

Sifted another load of compost, enough for 10 more pots.

I had to worked around the guy who came to clean all the house fasias and dodge all the splash backs :D

Took all the overwintering Fuchsias out from under the greenhouse staging for some fresh air, tidy up and watering.
Found yet another mouldy, mushy Dahlia tuber that had got forgotten in the greenhouse......this is the reason why I don't normally dig them up but some required it this winter...sadly most of then met with an untimely end anyway.:whistling:

Well yes @Sjoerd... it was dry!!!
It wasn't as sunny as we were originally forecast, only had bright sunshine for about 2 hours instead of the originally predicted 8hrs. The rest of the day was cloudy but as I said at least it was dry which makes a nice and welcomed change.:D:like:
Back to rain tomorrow accompanied with it's attached weather warning.. On the brighter side although still damp we are suppose to hit temps of 15C at the weekend.......tomorrow our high is only going to reach around 6C !!! . Mad weather.
