Annie— great minds…. Right?
I have a number of different-shaped trugs. I can’t do without them.

 

I like the yellow because I can easily spot where I left it !!

 

Annie—that makes good sense. I have light yellow, pink and green ones. Of course I have some of the famous wooden ones from Britain in various sizes.
They are so handy for a multitude of tasks. We are trug-buddies then.

 

Good Thursday morning all. Currently -12°C and clear.
Its Thursday again, and that means that its errand and shopping day again. I find it crazy how much food costs these days and I get edgy every time I have to go grocery shopping. Thankfully the list is small today. If the weather is nice when I'm home I might go for a ride on my ATV. Waiting patiently for spring so I can get back to work, or at least get some work done in my own yard. A melt down would be a good thing too.

Good Tuesday morning all. Currently -2°C and foggy.
Its the first day of the year of the horse, and I find myself being very superstitious. I did all the cleaning yesterday and made sure to wear some red today and no black which is a regular thing for me. I'm not going to clean anything or spend any money or cut anything. Now I'm sitting here wondering what I CAN do today! Sitting around isn't my thing so it might be a long day for me haha

Good Wednesday morning all. Currently -4°C and overcast. Weatherman says we are getting a snow storm today and I sure hope its the last one. I am ready for spring!
I found a hole in the greenhouse yesterday, so I have patched it with a small piece of glass and some duct tape. I will eventually have to replace that pane of glass. I also inspected and discovered that I have some putty work and painting to do this year. Always something around here!

I've had a string of bad luck since 2020 so I'm not taking any chances! This year WILL be a better one!

Good Friday morning all. Currently +1°C and drizzling. I'm really hoping it doesn't drop a degree and start to freeze, that would make everything a sheet of ice and very dangerous.
I've got most of my seeds for this upcoming season, but I still need to find a Canadian supplier of Profusion Zinnias. That might be a job for me this morning.28 days until spring!
