I got an idea! Make all vegetable sausages, or mushroom sausages out of that - It's going to be unlike anything else that's available anywhere!
That's good, I used to have a mincer attachment for my Kenwood mixer but i broke it trying to mince ginger root. I was making ginger wine and i thought that it would be easier to mince it.

OK, sausages of stir-fry minced beef, with finely chopped green pickled jalapenos, and cheddar cheese.

You've been watching my old YouTube channel - Haven't you? By the way, that was fried hunter beef, (pulled beef for those in North America) - Which I "invited" a neighboring country's vegetarian residents to try... Genuinely surprised though, that such an old video is still stuck in the memories of so many.
