Detention, yes, that word sure brings back so many old memories. Best part about it was that I wasn't the only one, the one who ordered detention was just as miserable, (as somebody had to be over there to oversee the detention, so come sit and rot with me). And later, as a windfall someone unknown, who till today remains nameless, would stash that particular teacher's tyres.
Shinny they sure were. But n9t after I was through with them. By the way, this is locally called a rumbi - It has no purpose but vandalism, like slashing tyres. It's hardened carbon steel, extremely sharp, and easily fits in the picket. Cuts through tyres like butter. I now keep it in the car, just for old times sake...
