I am buying a new house and the living room size is 18ft x 15ft. Can I put two sofas in there instead of a sofa and a love seat?
Or is it weird to put two sofas in living room?
You can see the floor plan and a photo of the sofa at the following link. Living room is marked on the plan

    Thanks in advance.....

Many people decide to have a three seater sofa and a two seater one as well in their living rooms c.guy. It all depends on the space you have available and where they would fit in your room.
I always draw out a pattern of the size the furniture will be. You can then place it on the floor space which gives you a good indiction of just how they will fit before actually buying the individual pieces.

Hi c.guy, welcome to the forum.

It will be your livingroom, you can put anything you want in there. We have two recliners and a rocking chair, no sofa at all.

Measure the length of the sofas to make sure they won't be stuffed in there and make the room too crowded to walk around with the other furniture you put in, but if two sofas are what you want then go for it.

Do let us know how it turns out too.

    Anything you want indeed.

    The above posts are right.

You can go with either option, your only limiting factor should be space, make sure there is plenty of space to maneuver the room with the sofas in place.
