I grow the delicious variety. I grew one almost 3 pounds. PlantYourOwn is having the contest. I was in it last year and will do it again this year.

You can bring peppers in to and then replant them outside in the spring
I tried no tilling my giant pumpkin patch. I dont use that method anymore. Organic fertilizer, leaf compost, etc. should be tilled in.
plant some garlic, cucumbers, pumpkins. how much room do you have?
How about freeze half and dry the rest? :)
