@Cayuga Morning Thank you. Yes, the rose looks a lot happier now. (My ride, on the other hand, just looks mildly amused.) :)
I think the insecticidal soap has done the trick. Here is what it looks like today.
I am in Edmonton, Alberta. We sprinkled some Miracle Gro on the soil around the plant once.
It is in full sun. We gave it some MiracleGro fertilizer when we planted it.
This is a new rose bush and I don't know what has happened to it. Any information or advice will be appreciated.
