Several years ago I got the hosta bug. Now many have matured into their glory.
First some of the minis or smaller varieties.

Chartreuse wiggles and blue mouse ears with a Japanese painted fern and mother of thousands.

A new variety I got this spring, Golden Tiara. All of these plants came from one pot I divided. They may be bigger than some of my minis, maybe the next size up like the following plant.

I love the color of this plant, paradigm, and will move it tomorrow to better show it off. Jack Frost next to it got a whim and decided to get a little larger than in previous years. Here is Jack Frost.

He’s hiding a chartreuse wiggles I will also reposition. On the left is another blue mouse ears. The following are a few smaller ones, names unknown except for the praying hands that was divided and isn’t yet it’s full size

The last one is a little bitty gold and the hi ho silver that baby slugs found. They are having some difficulty being out of their pots.

They all look great! I love Hosta's and have just recently become infatuated with the small ones. Yesterday I picked up a 'Blue Mouse Ears' and a 'Frosted Mouse Ears'

Beautiful pairings Jewell! I particularly like the combo in the first photo. Gorgeous.

BTW, what is mother of a 1000?

Netty, I would love to see what the frosted mouse ears looks like.:stew1:

Eileen and ToU, the Jack Frost is very photogenic :D He’s a nice mid sized plant at maturity.

Thanks CM, this little strip of space between the house and garage is the perfect size for creating little combos of plants. The ground cover here and on the north side of my house is soleirolia soleirolii. Another common name is baby’s tears.
