Food trends--fried eggs on everything, kale, sprouts, no thank you. Now there is a food trend I am going to try--Charcoutrie board! Cheeses, cured meats, olives, fresh vegetables--you can do what you like and serve with crackers or baguettes. During our hot summers, this is a great dinner idea, or even lunch dish. Lordy, I'm becoming "trendy"!
Ha ! We do that on occasion ! Just not trendy foods ! You how us Texans are,, its summer sausage,Vienna sausage cheeses and crackers ! I have all that stuff you mentioned but getting hubby to eat it is like pulling teeth,, not easy !
