I believe that Oreti has this same dahlia in her garden. It is a lovely thing and just keeps blooming.
Thank you @Sjoerd , I do indeed,....mine are from the Happy Single series. Shocked I know that I actually know this , it's because they are cuttings taken from one my Mum had in their garden . I always loved the contrast of the yellow and bronze leaves so after my parents passed away and before selling their property I took several cuttings. I was quite upset this year when I noticed they too had succumbed to Powdery Mildew..due to the exceptionally dry summer we had. Sjoerd Beautifully said and this dahlia with dark bronze foliage and bright yellow single petals definitely makes a huge impact and statement in the garden. Kudos to both Oreti and Sjoerd gardens .
