    A Small Tortoiseshell eating nectar on a Creeping Thistle :stew1:

    If you follow a butterfly around and try to take a photo of it, it will be difficult. But if you sit down and wait by a nice feeding plant some will land on it sooner or later :)

    Many plants in the family Asteraceae are nice if you want to take a photo of nectar eating insects, because they have a lot to eat there and will stay for a wile :-D

    I really enjoy looking at your photographs Christer. You must have a lot of patience to get such great shots of butterflies.
