All of my firewood for the winter is cut, split and under cover. In the wood shed is 4 1/2 cords of wood. 1 1/2 OF IT LEFT FROM LAST WINTER so it is nice and dry. Outside under a tarp is another cord and 1/2. So I have a total of 6 cords for the winter. Last year I had the same amount and had 1 1/2 cords left. And that was a cold winter for the most part.

Capt Kirk, We use wood pellets in the living room and also split firewood in the fireplace in the dining room. We also did firewood and covered it today. We also put all the flower garden trinkets under in a pile and under a tarp for the winter.

It's so nice to be on top of things. Isn't it?
