We are just getting the front edge of that. It's 60 degrees and the wind and rain is horrible. It's going to continue till tomorrow morning. My little girlie puppies are so frightened they may have to sleep with us tonight.

But we need the rain real baddddd.

The pictures look like the ones my youngest son posted on facebook this morning. He said he thought spring was here but possibly not. He lives in Oshkosh, Wis.

Nice pictures but many are experiencing an unwanted storm that is lingering in the shadow of winter. Spring will come and not too soon.

Sherry, that is beautiful (from here) . I am so sorry you got it, though. We have had thunder and storms off and on most of the day, thankfully no ice, wind and rain for the next few days it appears nad down in the 30's on friday night. :( . I just filled the greenhouse today.

Ouch, that didn't look too good, even though the photos are lovely. :D I hope it warms up for you quickly.

I loved these photos Sherry. Seems like even the birds are admiring the beauty.

Ice looks so lovely, but it is so damaging. That same storm is headed this way today, but I think my area is on the edge and won't get much - I hope.

Thank you ....we were let off easy compared to the tornadoes that hit areas last night. Today just a freezing mess with 3-6 inches of heavy slushy snow....

I felt sorry for the poor robins that have come to the area....hopefully they can make it with our weather.I hope those hummingbirds,Orioles, etc. slow down their journey here, it looks like spring will be a while yet.
