I'm really beginning to get fed up with them. Due to the weather they spend too much time indoors, and they do some serious arguing and fighting.

    - Hey, what are you doing there? I want that space!
    - Well, I was here first, go away.
    - Give, or I'll wallop you.
    - Now, just you try ...

    Followed by lots of noise.

They take it in turns to start the quarreling, but it's inevitable that the biggest always wins.

Here is one of them before the argument erupted. Snuske enjoys the floor warmth:

And after Lord Paint chased her out of the bathroom and drove her off the bean bag chair, he wandered around the house calling for her. "Prrrriaoouuu? Prrrriaoouuu?" Does he think she'll be back for another wallop? Horrible animals! Next time I'll throw them out, regardless of the weather.

How cute! ( I mean your kitty's not the arguements!)
My cat and dog are having the same kind of spats lately. This week, the cat wins.

Poor Snuske she looked so comfortable too, especially on the bean bag chair. Maybe she'll get her own back on Lord Paint tomorrow!!! :D :D Animals are so like children when they have to stay indoors because of the weather aren't they?

What I can't understand is why they want the space where the other one is all the time. It's probably just their way of showing each other they care, but I do get annoyed occasionally.

Animals are so funny when they think they want the same spots and when they get them they really don't want it anymore.

You could try giving them some Rescue remedy (Bach flower remedy)its a great de-stresser,4 drops in their food or water and you can put it on the tips of their ears as well.
But ................cats will be cats and they will always want their own way.

*taking notes* I'll check the shop inventory next time. Might be worth a try.
