Today, we were busy, really busy. We had to empty out all the greenhouses and put the plants up in the main greenhouse, just because the weather was horrible and is gonna continue to be horrible throughout the week, so we moved everything up front now its packed, can't move down isles, gotta scoot your way around. The reason why we did this is to save money on oil, the main greenhouse is always heated, even when the sun is out. So instead of spending thousands of dollars on oil for the furnaces, we moved everything upfront.

We also seeded alyssum today. Tomorrows agenda: FILL 1000 FLATS EXACTLY FOR MORE SEEDING!

It's really fun actually, you get the odd day when there isn't really anything to do, but talk to plants! Which is also fun, never a dull moment at the greenhouses!

Jordon you're going to make so many of us jealous showing us all those seedlings. Do we mind ... NO... it's just so good to see everything sprouting again after winter.

I think I chose the wrong profession. Working in a greenhouse has to be so much fun and fulfilling. But I'd probably get too attached to the plants and be sad when they went home with somebody. ;)

The greenhouse looks great Jordan! It looks like you are all ready for the season (now, if it would just get here!)
I used to work in a greenhouse, and I remember all the hard work I did. It's but a memory... now I leave the hard physical labor to you youngsters! ;)

Wow Jordan that brings back fond memories of when I worked in a greenhouse. It looked a lot like the one in the photo. It has such a neat smell of earth and new growth. You are really going to be busy. :stew1:
