Using this recipe as my base recipe:

I made a bunch of pestos yesterday, we had thunderstorms and rain all day and I just got my new Italian canning jars from Amazon, so...

The Lemon Balm pesto is so good! It will be perfect for grilling fish or fish tacos! The kale pesto is very easy and tasty, it is a perfect recipe for times when there is no fresh basil, it is also the brightest color! I don't usually add lemon but it was a nice addition.

I never make the same recipe twice, until I hit on one that is so good, I can't change. I think this kale pesto qualifies, will wait and see on other two but they are definitely yummy. R says the 5 Basil Pesto is the best.

Thank you Song, it's yummy too. We mixed a tiny bit with sausage tortellini and it just made a simple meal crazy good! I made and freeze a lot of gnocchi, this will be good with that too!

My doctor has me on a Very Low Calorie Diet and pestos have gone from a luxury to a must have or I'll go nuts ingredient LOL
