1 c onion--sautee Add 1lb chop meat--drain, put back in skillet Add 1 can diced tomatoes 1 can corn--stir Add: 1c of water 1 beef boulion cube 1 bag or cup of rice Easy and oh so good!! Now I need to go look around for some recipes to add to my recipe box!
