I tried several new recipes last year--some good, some not so good. My favorite was garlic infused olive oil.
It isn't so much a stand-alone recipe as an ingredient in other recipes. It also makes a wonderful dipping oil for foccacia bread, or a drizzle over pasta.
Black bean turkey chili was good, and I'll make it again.
Did you try any new recipe that was a winner?

I love a good quality olive oil for dipping MG. We add crushed fresh garlic and a sprig of fresh rosemary. So good. This world be making me hungry if i just hadn't finished eating!!

We just made a parsnip puree for the first time. It was amazing. I'll do it again. Boiled parsnips pureed with milk, little bit of butter, nutmeg salt & pepper. Incredible. So smooth. It's be perfect under a protein of any kind.

Here is a new favorite of my sweetie for his biscuits and sausage gravy keto style. They were surprisingly good, but I’ve been doing keto for three years and maybe my tastes have changed. EA72F2FF-3491-447B-BF7E-C0F40086F3D6.jpeg

Here’s our cauliflower crust/cracker recipe if you want to see a variation.
This is what made going keto easy since the guys were big pizza eaters.
Be sure to use parchment paper and pat the mixture out thin. You can pat extra thin and double bake for crackers.

Sure different from the recipe I used ! However it was not great as a pizza crust but,,,with a few additions made great fritters ! Served with smothered pork chops ! Excellent !!
