Bread Pudding

    I have brought it to some brunches at church. Made double batch-not much left. Good way of using-dried Bread cubes. I made my own dried in oven and broke up. Put in baking dish. Mixed beaten eggs whole milk.Cimm. Vanilla and sugar. Bake at 325 for 40 minutes Test to see if done pull knife through Pudding. Comes out clean it's done.

    MMM. Sounds nice but that is more like what we would call Bread and Butter pudding. Bread pudding as we know it is more like a spicy cake with dried fruit in it.
    Can post the recipe if wanted.

    Many years ago use to work at truck stop. You got "Green Stamps" when you SOLD desert with meal. I Sold lot of bread pudding. My father use to make it a lot at his cafe.
