Ok gardeners..the humidity is ridiculous and has been since April. This is probably the major reason I'm having 'shrooms coming up (this time the little grayish/whitish almost translucent) ones, so it's time to bring out the big guns and move the air around these plants...poor babies!!

So, it's getting hot and muggy and you are treating your mushrooms to a refreshing breeze created by a 'big gun' fan? :confused:You are so kind to your 'shrooms. NO!! NO!! Don't squirt me with that garden hose!!

We have orange ones hence this post.

Well, since the plants are living on a patio where the air flow is not all that well (the soil stays a more moist than I want it to), thought I would treat everything out there to a bit of a breeze to dry and move things along....lol!!! If I was in the mushroom growing business, conditions would be perfect for them on that patio. We really didn't have an in between change in temps here. It went from snow to warm in a few weeks then the rest was heat/humidity!!!

Our spring season was beautiful but short. It's in the 90s already and me with tomatoes to set out. Not happening today, for sure.
