Back from my 10 day trip to Sweden.
Have some friends in Boras, near Goteborg.
Nice cabin/house by he lake and surrounded by fir trees.
Did a lot. Zoo, amusement part, botanical gardens, took a boat ride along the port in Goteborg, went canoe-ing (this was scary!) and SO ON!

Great photos. I may try doing a chair like the photo on page six. (Minus the cactus). Thanks for sharing your photos with us.

Wonderful photographs Calin! It looks like a wonderful vacation. I am absolutely taken with the dark Peony on page 10 and the Rhododendron's on the first page!!

Yep! It looks as if you had a great vacation. Thanks for sharing it with us. We all love to see places that we don't normally have the pleasure to go visit. I loved the hens and chicks chairs and the read peony, too. The man with the little dog doesn't looks so happy though. He was grumpy looking. Hope his day got better.

    Thank you, thank you!
Yes. You can tell my main interest is nature and flowers. I also loved the idea of succulent covered things like chairs...etc

It was Midsummer Festival in Sweden so this was quite a gathering.
The guy with that little dog was just too interesting to miss.
His partner came later, so he wasn't there by himself!
At least that part of Sweden is the land of rhododendrons and wild lupines... EVERYWHERE!

Gosh Calin your photographs cater for every taste!! Sculptures, architecture, flowers, animals and wonderful scenery - even a giant green rabbit. :D
I've always wanted to visit Sweden and after seeing your pictures I'm more determined than ever that one day I'll make it.

    What a memorable trip Calin!
Such wonderful photos. Did you get the name of that
succulent looking plant that resembled a round turtle shell? Very very interesting.
