    Gorgeous photos. I love Cardinals and I agree with Daisybeans, the last two are the best with the ice and those colors

    Me too. But I really enjoy seeing photos of cardinals, frost or no frost. :D

    I especially liked the last foto, Gail. If it were miner, I would make a christma card out of it.
    It's funny how a foto can just strike one a certain way, isn't it.
    I try and look at it objectively and say..."Ach, it's just a bird in a tree"....but I can't do it, for it is much more than a snapshot in my eyes. The composition and various elements just 'work' for me.

    I am glad you enjoy my photos because I love taking them and sharing with you all. I appreciate all of your comments.

    I've become a bit of an addict since I got this Nikon in September. I'm still working on the use of aperature & shutter speed. When I am taking photo's of bird I have to keep it on auto...they are quick little devils. :setc_008:
