    Bought my dogs smoked chicken feet....gross!!!! But they are in hog..er...chicken heaven! :D

    It actually surprised me that Tango had anything to do with the chicken feet, because he typically doesn't like any kind of chewies, whereas Jazz can't get enough...except pigs ears, which she just looks confused by. :confused:

    I've seen those at the pet shops, and I am kind of on the fence. While I think its great that all parts of the chickens we eat are put to use, I am a little creeped out by the thought of seeing it around the house! Then again, my dogs favorite treat is a bully stick and I just found out what a pizzle really is ... :chuckle:

    I KNOW!!!!! :D :eek::confused:

    Yeah. Well, enough said about that!!

    If your dogs are anything like mine, you won't see it for long! You buy it, you give it to them, and it's gone!!! Remember, mine are each under 4 pounds, so if they can make the entire chicken food disappear in a couple of hours, then a larger dog (if he likes it obviously) will make it go away that much faster!!

    People eat them sometimes in soup, I have seen in the Orient.
    Maybe chicken feet for pets is a real luxury.
    I'll bet your dogy really likes them.

    I am not reading this post to my hens. They would be grossed out, as well as terrified. :eek:

    Cajun culture eats em too. I could post a pic a friend took of chicken feet gumbo but I wont dont want to gross yall out.:rolleyes: We get some chewies called pork chomps. the dogs go nuts over them. We avoid the chicken feet for da dogs the long bones in them can turn into sharp tooth pick shards and hurt their guts. The pork skin is easily digestive much better than cow hide.

    Chicken Feet ... yum yum :) It is yummy. The dish made for dim sum is called Phoenix Claws and as a salad is Southern Thai Dish - kerabu chicken - these are my two favourite chicken feet dishes. Yummy!!! :D:cool::)

    Guess dogs who eat chicken feet are gourmet eaters. :cool::D:p
