I find cooking a Chinese meal with different ingredients a doddle.

It's just a question of timing.

I am sorry that "Sushi" is not Chinese but Japanese and I can't get enough of it.

Oh really?.All the "good"Chinese Restaurants here have Sushi. There's a Japanese Restaurant in the big town but it's expensive. The Chinese Buffet Restaurants are less expensive, you eat all you want, and there are so many options !!

So, for me, since they serve sushi at Chinese Restaurants, ...........:dislike:......It's the same thing as when you think about "Spaghetti"' you think "Italian" when, in actuality, it was developed in China.
