    My guess was going to be Verbena Bonariensis, but the bloom looks a little different on yours...

    It looks very much like Red Valerian/Centranthus ruber to me. They are great for attracting bees and butterflies.

    My first thought was a Glorybower... but if that's it's leaves in the background... then that's not it.

    I don't know what it is but the leaves are pretty as well as the flower.
