Hey guys I'm looking at doing more in grow bags this year. Can you grow brassicas in them? What's some tomatoes and peppers that do well in containers? Tia

in a big pot it should be fine, but you're probably far better off growing smaller veg.

probably any determinate type of tomato will do fine in a pot. I did cheery tomato in a pot last year and it did fine.

@adam.ca We always grow our tomatoes and peppers in pots and some tomatoes in hanging baskets. I don’t do brassicas.

brassicas seem like a bit of a waste of space and time, big plant taking months to grow only 1 thing, seems like the least productive vegetable.

They are small trailing tomatoes and they’re lovely. I generally put 3 plants in a basket - red, orange and yellow.

What member of that family of plants were you wanting to grow ? Most pepper varieties would do well depending on the container size and the amount of soil !
