    Saw these for sale at $8.00 a piece. Picked up forks at a rehab. store. Came home and made my own. Going to make more for Christmas gifts. Cheap and easy. And will never have to buy corn prongs again.

    Brilliant! :smt023 Those are so much more stylish than the common plastic thingie-ma-bobs,
    and not just that, but they look like they might give a better grip, as well!

    Donna, that is brilliant! The plastic ones fall apart or break, but yours look as if they will last and last.

    I really liked this idea. I needed some of these prongs whilst away on my recent trip. I had to look far and wide, but finally found some there.

    Sjoerd, It was not my idea, I just copied some I saw for $8.00 a piece. I also saw tablespoons flattened and used as garden markers. That's my next project:headbang: or my husbands project..
