I had a row of tiger lillies that had been there since I bought my house. Last winter my neighbors fence fell
on the flower bed. The lillies have not come up this
season Some Greenery came up but no flowers. The greenery has turned brown

    My Question:

will the flowers come back next year or do I have to plant all new bulbs

Do you mean Daylily's bffatcat? My orange daylily's are only now beginning to bloom. Could it be that yours are just a little later? They are very hardy and wouldn't be too bothered by a fence falling on them. The greenery has turned brown?? All of it? Maybe someone sprayed it with weedkiller?

thanks for the reply I do not know if they are day lilies I have always thought of them as tiger lillies They have bloomed every year by 7/1 except this year due to the fence falling on them. I do not know if I should put in new bulbs or wait until next year to see if they come back

I would wait until next year. If the foliage is completely brown, you could dig down and check the tubers/roots to make sure they look healthy. If the clump is very thick maybe you could divide them. Good luck!
