Double Windmill Flower?

    Hubby's sister gave him this old windmill part. Well, I'm guessing windmill since it twirls and had a pulley system to hook up to some sort of motor??
    Anyhow... it's mine now.

    I can't wait to see what you have in mind for it Cheryl. I like the fact that it's two different colours.

    Eileen... it's a heavy thing and will be sitting right where it is, unless I can find a really sturdy stand for it.

    Jerry... I guess it could be used for a propeller... if you got a good wind blowing under the water! :D
