Hi folks, ive got some courgettes in at the moment and they seem to have developed a dusty whiteness on the leaves. A little bit like mildew but very dry. the fruits are gorwing fine though so im pretty confused. Anybody experienced this before? moderator's note: moved topic to more appropriate forum
It sounds as if it might be powdery mildew. The cure for that is a mix of half water and half milk, shaken well and put in a spray bottle. Spray the affected leaves. It may take two or three applications, and definitely again after a rain. (Hey, I'm a Texan, and I know courgettes are eggplants! Learned it here on the Stew).
