    This swallowtail has lost part of the lower part of his wing... I will be watching to see if I see this particular butterfly back in my garden again or if they just keep moving on to another flower garden or field..

    Fabulous shots Sherry. I've only seen one Swallowtail this year, and a few Monarch's.

    Thank you...I have been pretty busy and not able to be out as much as I usually am so I am sure I miss a lot of butterflys. Most of the time they are so--------fast and move as soon as you come close to them. With our wind here at times it is a challenge to just get the butterfly in the picture...But I like the challenge so I take a lot of photos.
