Does anyone do fermenting with the airlock system? do you like it? what do you do with it once it is done fermenting to store it, just refrigerate it?
I did ask a friend if she ever fermented anything and she looked at me and responded 'not on purpose"... I guess that about sums it up. I guess she doesn't eat fermented anything... actually now that I think about it her motto is " I eat the things that eat the green stuff" .
I have not used anything I had to buy. Just the regular crocks and glass or food grade plastic jars. No matter what you do the fermenting in they still will have to be processed some way for storage.
