There is this very interesting way of humanly killing a fish that you've caught. It's from Japan, (as the name Ike Jime already suggests). But aside from ending a fish's misery very quickly and in a ethically correct humane way - It also seems to provide healthier and far more tastier meat.

In my experience, all those who say that they hate fish, and that just the thought of seafood makes them nauseous - Quickly change their minds once they try fish which was processed by this Ike Jime method... Which now only confirms that their is no type of fish which is bad to taste. Only people who are bad at processing it, as well as horrible at cooking.

Anyway I find it very interesting. That's why I am sharing it here with everyone. So I hope that those of us who catch and eat our own fish - Will now get to enjoy this as well. I say again, that there is also very little suffering on part of the fish with this method.
