I took a lot of flower pictures and some I can name and some I can't name. So, here are a few of them. I will name the ones that I can and you can name the others or someone will, I'm sure. This one I really like, but forgot what Glenda said it was named. I know this one. It starts with plum. I think plumeria? Sunflowers, of course. Petunias in a large container. Just beautiful. A couple lilies of the orange variety. Purple lantana is this one and an orange variety is after it. Glads, pink. The yellow and wine colored ones were still just buds. This one is a whole bed of things. Now, some purple and white dahlia's, I hope that's right. I think this one is walking iris. Orange canna and a red canna. a large mimosa tree and last one here is a moonflower. There were some pink ones but they didn't turn out very well. I hope I got most of them right. Glenda has many more flowers. They are so beautiful. Every morning dr and I would get up and go out to walk through the yard and admire the beauty of the flowers and check to see if something new had appeared. dooley
Those petunias are beautiful and I really like the orange canna and the mimosa tree. Lantanas are very pretty too and those sunflowers - well they just magnificent!! :-D
My, but Glendann has green thumb, and some lovely flowers for sure! I love the iris, although it was really hard to choose with all that she has to pick from.
Haha! Yep, you got it right! Those are dahlia flowers. Aren't they pretty? Oh, those sunflowers are indeed fantastic. Nice shots! Good work!
Lovely coloured Canna,..the orange is stunning,..and that Iris has lovely markings,..the orange Lily makes me realize i like the orange colour,..very nice flowers.
That walking iris is spectacular and I love the pale orange canna. Are you growing them again this summer?
My, they are all pretty. you did a good job taking and identifying the flowers, Dooley! Glenda has a good and thoughtful friend in you. Thanks for showing all of us her flowers.
These were pictures that I took when we came to see Glenda in 2008 before we moved down here. I'm not sure what she has growing now. She is with Heather in Montana. Her son is living in her house while she is gone. I don't think he is a gardener but his girl friend may be keeping them going. dooley
@dooley, Each flower should have first prize. I like the color combination of the petunias in the large container. I also like the red cana.
