I planted a little bargain priced Northern Lights Forsythis last fall. It bloomed nice this spring, and is growing and doing well. I just thought it looked lonely in the corner all by itself... so I dug a new bed and put in an Endless Summer Hydrangea, and 3 Hostas. A Fire and Ice, and 2 Whirlwind. Dolly seems to approve. That looks real cute and won't it be prettier and prettier as everything fills it! Everybody looks happy and healthy. I like that rock border too.
Looks great Kay. That's how it all starts around here ... a bargain shrub that looks lonely. The next thing I know I've got new gardens dug and there's suddenly no lawn left
Netty that's how I got most of the beds in my garden too. Your planting looks great Kay and is just going to get better and better.
Thanks for the compliments. Eileen, that Fire and Ice does look A LOT like the Hosta I planted a few weeks ago that was labeled Loyalist...
