Giant scary weed

    I have this guy in western Pennsylvania on a farm. Growing out of a pile of logs. Can anyone identify it? Thanks.

    I have a similar one,,I think. Are the leaves shaped like dandelions but bigger ? Mine comes up in the same place every year but does not spread. I only have the one but it was almost to my roof before wind blew it down.
