I wish to increase my garden by about ten times this next year. To this end, I am working very hard. I need to plan very carefully. We are in a small village 30 Km from our main town. There are loads of fields unused here and the shops get most of their veggies trucked in. The local school is interested in fresh organic vegetables. Local restaurants too. I will start with lettuces next year. I will grow enough to be able to supply regular orders. The second headache is financing my plans. There are a few strategies that I am pursuing to get it done. Then is lots of hard work. All the administration and calculations will keep me busy this winter.
