Guess what this mountain is called.

    Take a look at this mountain and see if you can guess what its called. Use your imagination.

    If no one gets it I'll let you know before I head off to the Dead Sea and Petra in Jordon later this week.

    Hmmm hard to make out what it looks like. I'll guess Lion Mountain :)

    I can't see a whole lion just its head. So either Lions head mountain or head mountain. There again maybe Frank is right and it's simply called lion mountain.

    Mmmmm Well it looks like a volcanic plug but I doubt if that's anything to do with its name. Maybe dog mountain as it could be a dog lying down. My very first thought was that it resembled the Bass Rock here in Scotland. I think Prince Charles would call it a carbuncle!! :D :D
    I'm stuck - any chance of a clue?

    Looks like an elephant to me, but then all mountains look like elephants to me.

    My first thought was that it looked like a tooth!

    Yes, Elephant Mountain -- Now that you know the answer it's going to jump right out at you. It's located in Yala National Park in Sri Lanka.

    It is a perfect elephant .It jumped right out at me when I first saw the picture even the little tail shows up.

    Strange, but I really didn't see an elelphant there at all. Now when I look at it it simply couldn't be anything else!!! Well done Glenda. :D
