Hanging Vine, varigated leaves, no Known flowers

This is a pretty leaf that is pointed and has a light green edge and darker green center. Sorry for the bad picture I shake.

 

I can't tell if it's Hoya, Pothos, or maybe Aptenia. Do any of those match?

 

You did it! It's the Baby Sunrose, Dew Plant, Heartleaf Ice Plant, Heart Leaf Ice Plant 'Variegata' (Aptenia cordifolia)

It's funny I have an ice plant growing in my birdbath flower bed but I never would have matched it with this cutting. Thank you so much for the help.
