I bet I read 40 recipes and still a bummer ! Dough was the same except for one ingredient that I use for the pizza`s ! And after the rising once and resting the dough it still refused to roll out into the rope for pretzels ! I would stretch it out and it bounced right back ! Finally got tired of it and just made a donut like shape ! While the flavor was excellent,, they looked like,,, well I can`t say that ! Just looked like wrinkled ugly circles on a cookie sheet ! I love making breads in cooler weather but this one needs work ! Maybe I should stick with flat breads unless you folks have some tips!
