This is my first post so I would like to say that I may be needing help from time to time though I don't have much to offer in return. This is my first attempt at a garden, though I was raised helping my Grandparents in their huge garden. If all goes well I hope to be growing all heirloom vegitables in a year or two. Hope to write more soon. THANKS! :D

Welcome to the stew. There's much info here on how you can start seeds to how to get your garden going. Pull up a chair, we're glad to have you.

Welcome from coastal mid-Norway. :stew2: I know nothing about Tennessee, so anything you wish to share will be welcome.

Do you have any pets, other hobbies, family? This is a good place to be, so hop in and make yourself at home. :D

Hi Griphook and a big welcome from the Willamette Valley in Oregon. My hubby-to-be grew up in Oak Ridge (a way's off, I know), but from what I hear you've got a great state to garden in! There's still plenty of time to get started on warm-season veggies this year, maybe you could do a test-run if you're not ready for the full deal? :)

Nice to have you in the stew! :stew1: :stew2:
