Hi WinterPoet and a hearty welcome to GardenStew! What sort of gardening are you interested in? What types of plants do you like to grow? Do let us know as we are a curious bunch
Well I really like to mess around with tomatoes and a lot of vegetables. I have been messing around with red pear tomatoes and just seed germination as of late really. Thanks for all of the hellos
Welcome to the Stew! We are on a small farm in central Texas, and we grow Red Pear tomatoes every year--very reliable, very tasty, and their kissin' cousin Yellow Pear is pretty good, too. Let us know about your garden, pets, hobbies, whatever you want to discuss, there's a spot for it here on the Stew!
Thank you and my red pears are just about getting ready to get ripe. I believe I have about 30 red pear plants? We have more here as well... I actually have started a new idea of mine and planted many of them in blue tubs and they seem to be working really well. I really like the idea of raised gardens and beds and so far they are working really well.
