Welcome and nice post. Didn't know that the lotus seeds were viable for so long. Can't wait to see photos of the flowers. How many years does it usually take to get to a mature plant?

well most sites say they will bloom the season after being grown from seed so about a year. but i saw a few "diy-ers" that with luck they bloomed the same season! so we'll see:)
