I found this in TOH recipes...a little greasier than I have ever made but they are tasty.
I thought someone else might enjoy the recipe too

    Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

    Ingredients:

2 cups of fresh pumpkin seeds
    3 Tablespoons of butter..MELTED
    1 teaspoon of salt
    1 teaspoon of worcestershire sauce

    Directions:

. Line a pan with foil...make the pan big enough to spread the seeds out. Grease the foil
. Combine all the ingredients and spread into the greased pan.

.Bake at 250 degrees for 45-50 minutes, stirring occasionally...keep an eye on them. I stirred every 15 minutes.

.Increase the heat to 325 degrees and bake for 5 minutes longer or until the seeds are dry and lightly browned. Serve warm or cool before storing in an airtight container.

I only had 1 cup of seeds so I cut the recipe in half.

The recipe didn't say this but rinse the seeds from the pumpkin and let them drain for a while before you add all of the ingredients together. There might be some people that haven't made them before. I have made them before without rinsing them too...

You can make these out of any squash seeds, doesn't have to be pumpkins. So save em all and toast away! :)

out of interest do you eat the whole white seed? or do you have to split the husk off?
